3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
4. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We are not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information. Contact us immediately for changes; however, changes are not possible once dispatched.
5. Delivery Issues
If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking link first. We are not responsible for parcels marked as "delivered" but subsequently lost or stolen.
